1. Keep your body hair to a bare minimum

While you may consider your chest hair to be very manly, women don’t exactly dig the look, according to at least one study. It is essential to trim your chest hair from time to time because as you age, your chest hair spreads across other parts of your body. So, some light manscaping should do the trick.

2. Use eye cream every day

A common problem everyone faces as they age is crow’s feet – the fine lines running between your eyes and your temples. As you grow older, these lines become more prominent. It is one of the most obvious signs of aging. and an eye cream is a great way to delay these wrinkles from appearing. Apply it after you wash your face and before you moisturize your skin.

3. Follow a skin-care regime regularly

Your skin can remain smooth and wrinkle free even as you age, making you look half your age or at least a decade younger. The key to such flawless skin is taking extra care of it from the very beginning and following a skin-care regime every day. If you begin this routine while you’re young, you can maintain clear skin and as you age, the signs of ageing (wrinkles and crow’s feet) will visibly slow down. Occasionally, you can get a facial by exfoliating your skin and improving blood circulation on your face. Visit an aesthetician if needed as they would be able to recommend routines tailor-made to your personal needs for long-lasting results.

4. Keep your hairstyle simple

Reduce the quantity of products you use on your hair to a minimum as you age. Steer clear of outrageous hairdos; you aren’t 18 anymore. Or 25. Go for traditional haircuts and use products that actually help improve the quality of your hair.

5. Stop colouring your hair

If you don’t know it already, the salt-n-pepper look is what women dig most as you age. So instead of trying to hide the fact that your greying, let it grow out and embrace your natural hair colour. Dyeing your hair another colour is not going to help you look any younger, so consider making the most of your natural hair and grooming it well.

6. Eat healthy

Keeping yourself fit is one way you can age in style. You’re automatically going to look younger when you’re fitter. So, pay attention to your nutritional needs, portion your food intake and follow a healthy diet even while you age. The more active you are, the younger you will feel.

7. Exercise regularly

Keeping yourself physically fit and active is a sign of good health and will automatically alter your body and appearance. You’ll tend to feel more positive, energetic and young. Although the intensity of exercises will be low impact, the consistency is what will keep you fit and confident with your appearance.
